Weighing the Issue

Recently, I've lost the stubborn pounds that have been hanging on to my body for quite some time. The funny thing is, I was making the least effort. How you say? It's simple. At the tragic moments that I date someone (Oh my God, I'm so in love and we're going to live happily ever after), to my horror, I notice that I'm putting on weight! Frantically, I start my diet, go the gym religiously and then finally look at myself in the mirror and see nothing happening.

The moment I break up with the (oh my God, he's such a jerk!) candidate and fast forward one week with not a moment spent at the gym, I lose the extra pounds!

I've become so convinced of this diet that I now find myself preferring to stay thin than get myself involved with someone who's just going to make me fat! Thank you very much!

emotional eating for me, meaning i'm your opposite.

and every ramadan i gain 2 kilos.

the way to loose weight? stop having dinner and eating less.

i loose weight during exam days . i gain weight in vacations

The way I look and the number on the scale have nothing to do with each other.

I lose my weight very quickly, when I`m nervous... not for 1 day I mean, but when something happenes, & yes something like what happened to the author of this post :)
I like to be thin, but it`s ok not always (in my opinion;-) )
Also it depends on a season. It`s easy to lose weight in summer & hard in winter.

I`m thin and its kinda hard for me to gain weight bcuz my mood affect on my weight and the matter of eating! but when i was in love i gain almost 9 kilos ! i think i better fall in love again ;p

I hate relating my weight progress to my relationships but sadly they are connected, unlike you I am always in good shape when am in a relationship, I give myself a break when am single, even though I always say be beautiful cause you're beautiful not because you want others to think so, am still beautiful with extra few pounds =P

my weight is pretty much unaffected by relationships and stuff.....

it is harder to lose weight in the winter than in the summer... i guess 'cos in the summer, we all running around in flimsy clothes and stuff...

madry, but.... may love find u again hun, 'cos weight gain or no weight gain, being in love is worth it! :D

Mine is totally related to stress level. The more stressed I am the thinner I get. I actually start shrinking...he he he!!!

When im happy i lose all the wieght i need to lose

The best time in my life is actually the time when i got my 6packs and triseps lines all over my arms with those lovely shaped thighs, and when god started testing me the happiness never came back nor that great body and hyper energy. Everything went down

Now you know why drama :)

I've lost some weight recently as well and my cousin told me that I've never talked about food so much. I obsessed with food so thats why I lost weight, because I try to not leave myself hungry enough to want to binge and I always worried about the timing of my eating so that Im not left too hungry. Note that I eat plenty of chocolate too but I avoid bread/rice/pasta as much as I can. In the morning I use low-carb toast for sandwiches.
